We are happy to exchange any mens headwear for a different size when an incorrect size has been ordered by mistake. The item must be returned† within fourteen days and in unworn condition. Please enclose Post and Package costs to cover the return postage.

Ladies millinery is not returnable. We do not accept returns of ladies millinery under any circumstances. Please be sure of style and colour before purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
